Update .. she is at The Weekly Juicery, the new fresh juice bar that opens May 23,2012 at 436 Old Vine Street in Lexington Ky. Their hours are 8 am -3pm Daily.They use a Norwalk cold press juicer , it'a the Rolls-Royce of the cold press juicers. The cold press juicer extracts the juice through the tremendous pressure exerted by a hydraulic press. I have never tasted a smoother juice!
